Basically Koharu Hondomachi replacment back when my friends made an ID:Invaded universe with our Ocs. Instead of drilling a hole in her head to stop Tamotsu, she electrocuted her self, I do not remember how, but it worked.

Her cat ears are clip on pins, as a brilliant detective her hat has cat ears instead.
